Behavioral health tips when wanting change:

We cannot change people, we can only love them, encourage them and possibly work to create the type of environment conducive to positive change.

Can we change ourselves? Or do we bravely decide to love ourselves truly and gracefully first and trust our future to God, allowing the Potter and Great Physician to direct our personal growth to the betterment of ourselves and others?

Hurdles to change are not always obstacles, but challenges for us to trust God and to let go a little more.

If you or someone you love seems stuck, reflect on faith. Reflect on trust.

“If you have a song of faith in your heart, it will be heard by the look on your face.” ~Allan Dykstra~
