This site is about simplifying your life. This is about being here and now and deciding what choices are going to serve you best on the path to your highest self. Any time you want to make a change in your home, your family, your work, your community or the world, you must first start with your self.

Simplifying our lives gives us the space and time we need to feel energized, whole and productive. In modern American culture we feel pushed to be all and have all, so we race against time, spinning ourselves into a frenzy on a quest for something that’s already available in the present. Researchers are now finding that our addiction to multi-tasking and over-booking our days actually leads to inefficiency. When we give ourselves down time, freedom and space, we can actually achieve more!

Let’s explore ways we can create space and time for ourselves so we may work with more meaning, find purpose in our lives and be able to simply enjoy life.
