Simplifying life and remaining present creates clarity, which leads to peace – even joy!

This blog explores holistic ideas and behavioral methods of creating space and time for ourselves to live and work with more purpose and to simply enjoy life. When we cultivate peace in ourselves, then we can carry that joy to the world.

But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Remaining in the present is to experience the consciousness in you.Experience the consciousness means.knowing the ‘you’ in ‘you’. This is the way unknowingly you get into the process of experiencing the universal consciousness and getting in communion with the great power.Very good thought.

Hi! I really value your comment on “Unshakable Hope’s” recent post on “Why Are So Many Christian’s Depressed,” and stopped by to read other things you’ve written on mental affliction and depression. Can you email me some of your best stuff? I am a lay minister and peer counselor and would be able to open a door for your wisdom to reach others in pain. I also post a lot on FB, and would love to support your work in that way too.

Comment by Sande Rajcic

Hi, Sande. Thanks so much for this comment and I’m happy something that I wrote could resonate with you. I find mental illness to be a very frightening and difficult-to-navigate reality for many people and their families. Living a Christ-centered life has truly helped my family through our struggles and still as we continue forward. God is healer and sustainer. I also looked at your blog and really appreciate what you are writing about. Feel free to use anything on here. I will be happy to send something in the next few days if I find something of relevance. God bless ~ Stephanie

Living a Christ-centered life has resulted in near-miraculous improvements in my condition. I can honestly testify that while I gained coping skills through my therapist, and some physical/emotional stability through medication and good psychiatric care, I received actual healing through those who ministered to me in the Name of Christ, and through the ministrations of the Living Savior Himself.

So glad you are moving forward and are embedded in a with-God family. Looking forward to learning from you!

Many blessings and gifts,

Comment by Sande Rajcic

Praise God. Nothing is impossible with Jesus, Sande. Thanks for your kind words and for trusting in the Lord. What an encouragement this is for so many facing diagnoses and other life challenges. God is faithful. Blessings! ~ Steph
